Petitioner seeks bail in Silao P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of dacoity of total Rs. 6,50,000/- from the house of Sunil Yadav.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Sanjay Singh. He is in custody since 04.04.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner was identified by the informant in Test Identification Parade and Rs. 25,000/- looted money was recovered from the petitioner, I am not
