2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sadar P. S. Case No. 498 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 21(C), 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on a secret information, a raid was conducted in the godown of Jharkhand Bengal Freight Carrier Private Limited's Company Hansda Road Gulabbagh where 479 liters of illegal codeine syrup, mobile phone with SIM, stamp of A.S. Pharma proprietor and cash of Rs. 5,100/- was recovered. In the aforesaid raid, 2880 bottles of 100 ml each codeine syrup in the name of Aaradhya Pharma Agency, i.e., company of this petitioner was also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.239 of 2026(3) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 recovered.

4. Considering the huge recovery of codeine syrup, materials available on record and petitioner being proprietor of Aaradhya Pharma Agency, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
