JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 The learned counsel for the Respondent State submits that all the retiral benefits of the petitioner have already been paid and as far as the arrears of salary is concerned, the same has also been paid.

The learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General submits that the Pension Payment Order has also been issued and sent to the Treasury Officer, Saharsa vide order dated 21.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23799 of 2018(3) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 case, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Saharsa to make payment of the arrears of pension as also the month to month pension within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
