The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Economic Offence P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 65/66(C)/66(D) of the I.T.Act, 2000 (Amended).
Submission is that bald allegation is there that the petitioner was involved in changing the IMEI of the mobile phones.
Submission is that there is no substantial material found by the police to level the aforesaid allegation. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already completed.

No.84781 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Economic Offence P.S.Case No.10 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
