The petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.197 of 2019 registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that recovery of one country-made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85194 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.197 of 2019.
