JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Laheriasari) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 420, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the first information report is lodged against the petitioner after a lapse of one month. Case No. 26 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
