The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C-III No. 294 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016, pending in the Court of 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Siwan. The accusation is of recovery of seven liters of Indian made foreign liquor from the shop of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
