The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that compromise petition has been filed before the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga (Annexure-3). The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1605 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019.
