ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2018 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.387 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner was not named in the FIR but on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by one Md. Anwar and Md. Bablu, the petitioner has been brought into the dragnet of the present prosecution. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade till date. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Case No.387 of 2018 (G.R. No.2937 of 2018).
