The petitioner is accused in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.61/2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant Vinod Kumar Pandey being driver of truck bearing registration no.BR01P-3956 and Siyaram Kumar being driver of another truck proceeded for unloading the sand. Both the trucks reached near Neriya village he saw other trucks were parked there on road and so he also stopped his truck but at the same time three to four boys came there, they were having arms in their hand and after giving threatening they snatched Rs.14,000/- from the informant and Rs.5000/- from other truck driver. They also snatched his locket.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83574 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 On reaching police station police showed photographs of some person on mobile then the informant identified one then officerin-charge disclosed that person is Ayush Kumar @ Bajariya Paswan son of Surendra Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Ayush Kumar @ Bajariya Paswan which is named in the FIR on basis the identification of the photographs shown by the officer-in-charge to the informant in mobile. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Vth, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.61/2019.
