JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Path Khauli) P.S.Case No. 363 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner has taken the son of the informant and later on his dead body was recovered from Chandal Chowk.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that material collected during investigation disclosed that one Indal Sen Yadav was seen fleeing away with knife in his hand where the dead body was found and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than eight months.

In the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, District West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha (Path Khauli) P.S.Case No. 363 of 2019.
