The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of about 80 litres of illicit liquor from two motorcycles, one of which was being driven by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.11.2019.

Case No. 108 of 2019.
