The petitioners have been in custody since 22.11.2019 in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners, but the alleged recoveries have been saddled on their shoulders. It is further submitted that these petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 552 of 2019.
