2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P. S. Case No. 280 of 2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with co-accused Aniket Singh stabbed informant with knife as a result of which, informant sustained severe injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him. Co-accused Aniket Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90758 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 court vide order dated 14.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71953 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 17.11.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.
