====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Dighal Bank P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 1 is Dewar, petitioner No. 2 is Bhainsur and petitioner No. 3 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that in the Post mortem report, the Doctor has found ligature mark over the neck of the deceased. No external injury was found on the body of the deceased. The husband is already in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1018 of 2019(3) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 28.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Dighal Bank P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
