JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The writ petitioner has been compelled to move this Court when the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya failed to take consequential action towards restoration of the licence of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 25.05.2017 passed by the learned court of Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Supply Revision No.97 of 2017.

If the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya is sitting tight over the matter and is not complying the order passed by the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, this Court directs the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya to take an

Patna High Court CWJC No.816 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 appropriate view of the matter so that sanctity of the order passed by him in exercise of his statutory power remains intact. The reason as to why for two years the order of the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya has not been complied with is to be looked into by the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya himself and any consequential action if required is to be taken by him.

The Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya shall call upon the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya in connection with the matter to explain the circumstances and shall issue necessary direction as may be required within thirty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
