Petitioner is accused in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018 registered under Sections 30, 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in business of illicit liquor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1078 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.
