Earlier by order dated 30-04-2018 passed by a coordinate bench (then His Lordship was) in Cr. Misc. No. 23542 of 2018, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide Annexure-1 to the present application.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I find no reason to entertain the present application.

Accordingly, this application filed in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below and pray for regular bail.
