Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alam Nagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2019.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner and his entire family have been made accused in the instant case. He submits that due to enmity the petitioner and his entire family have been made accused. Nothing was recovered to implicate the petitioner for the offence under Arms Act.

No.86992 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent , the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000 (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Udakishanganj, in connection with Alam Nagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019.
