The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.200/2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding the theft of the motorcycle of the informant, Rasbihari Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.200/2019 was instituted on 08.08.2019 under Section 379 of the IPC against unknown. In course of investigation stolen motorcycle of the informant is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner which is joint house. Further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2019.
