2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 132, 196, 299 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Informant, Ritesh Kumar, Circle Officer, alleged that on 13.04.2025, petitioner along with 35-40 people were involved in a communal riot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that for the same occurrence three separate cases were lodged. Apart from the present case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91502 of 2025(2) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 Karakat P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025 was lodged by petitioner's side and Karakat P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025 against the petitioner was lodged separately by Khurshid Alam, who is injured in the same occurrence. Doctor has found the injury is simple in nature. Petitioner claims one criminal antecedent for the same occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
