Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received counter affidavit filed by the counsel for the University, today itself. He fairly submits that from the counter affidavit it transpires that all admissible dues has been paid but calculation chart has not been provided. He submits that this application may be disposed granting liberty that if upon calculation

His prayer allowed.
