Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 304, 323, 341, 447, 448, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused Pappu Nishad allegedly caused injury with lathi to Manajer Nishad as a result whereof he died during course of treatment. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted. Some other co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
