This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh PS Case No. 214 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 427, 307, 323, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 393 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 75704 of 2018 vide order dated 20.12.2018 whereas petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2018.

No.1230 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 28.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced co-accused has already been granted bail, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh PS Case No. 214 of 2018.
