The petitioners have sought for quashing of the order dated 19.11.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. case No.39 of 2016 (Supplement)/G.R. No.1355 of 2016 (Supplement), C.I.S. No.211355/2016, by which the learned Magistrate has been pleased to take cognizance for the offence under Sections 147,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86752 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 302 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application to raise all their defence at the time of framing of charge. Permission is accorded.
The present application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
