JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 Petitioner is empanelled at serial no. 52 in the panel created for appointment against Class IV posts in the district of Saharsa. It is his submission that unless age relaxation is granted to the petitioner he may not be considered in the process of selection. He submits that in light of order dated 26.8.2009 passed in MJC No. 2778 of 2017 petitioner would be entitled to such relaxation of age criteria for which he will approach District Magistrate, Saharsa (respondent No. 3) by making a representation within four weeks. With liberty as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to say that claim of the petitioner is required to be considered by a reasoned and speaking order which should be done within a period of eight weeks.
