9. 16.08.2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition, though was initially filed for payment of the post retirement benefits to the petitioner including full pension on the basis of last pay drawn in the 6th pay revision pay-scale, however, during the pendency of the present writ petition, it is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel for the State Ms. Shilpa Singh, GA-12 assisted by Ms. Abhanjali as also the learned counsel for the respondent-University Shri Gyanand Roy that almost entire retiral benefits have stood paid to the petitioner, nonetheless, the petitioner be granted liberty to represent before the respondent-University authorities in case of any subsisting grievances.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the grievances of the petitioner have already stood redressed, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-University authorities in case of any subsisting grievances.
