Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A)/323/313 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have tortured the informant on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It has

No.554 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 further been submitted that petitioner no1. is mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is father-in-law and petitioner no.3 is Dewar of the informant, who is living separately and they have no concern with the affairs of the informant. It has further been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Vth, Chapra, Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 on the following conditions:-
(1) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
(2) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
