The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1B)A/26 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol and one live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
