The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent nor the liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather recovery is from road side. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the disclosure statement of co-accused. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty
