2. The present application has been preferred: for initiating a contempt proceedings against the opposite party No. 2 due to the violation of order dated 06.05.2025 passed in C.W.J.C No.

16580/2017 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, by which order the Hon'ble Court has directed the petitioner to submit his representation to the authority concern specially opposite party no.2 within the period of 4 weeks of the order and then the

Patna High Court MJC No.4125 of 2025(4) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 concern authority is directed to dispose off the grievances of the petitioner within the period of six months to which the petitioner had filed the said representation petition along with the Hon'ble High Court order on 16.05.2025, but of no fruit

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 which shows that an order has been passed on 12.09.2025 by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna directing the concerned Executive Engineer to make payment after going through the documents.

4. Accordingly, it shows that Chandeswar Bhagat has been paid the amount on 07.01.2026.

5. If the petitioner still has any grievance, he has the liberty to agitate the matter.

6. MJC No. 4125 of 2025 is disposed of.
