JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-09-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner having gone through the counter affidavit in which reliance has been placed on the judgment of the Full Bench in the case of Rajendra Prasad Sah versus The State of Bihar & Ors reported in 2000(4) P.L.J.R. 273 agrees that the writ remedy is not available to the petitioner but seeks liberty to apply for appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. This writ application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In case such a remedy is applied for and a question of limitation arises the same will be considered keeping in view
