The informant became the victim of road robbery whereunder four miscreants snatched away Rs.1,08,000/-, laptop, bag, mobile on the pretext of fire-arms. Whereupon FIR has been registered against unknown.
It is further evident that the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.563 of 2017 and during course of interrogation, he made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement admitting his involvement along with others during course of commission of instant crime followed with conduction of raid at his place wherefrom cash appertaining to Rs.5,000/- one bag, mobile of Lava company, one jeens pant shirt were recovered. It is not traceable from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4224 of 2020(5) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 case diary whether those items were put on T.I. parade or not and in likewise manner, even after remand the petitioner has been put on T.I. parade.
Admittedly, the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but is under custody since 06.01.2018.
Hence, petitioner Md. Rabban is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
