The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 dated 07.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, Mr. Javed Aslam, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioners, the court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained and shall take into account that the

No.1976 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 petitioner is a neighbour of the informant and the allegation of assault is by hard and blunt substance but the corresponding injuries are by sharp cutting weapon and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
