This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by learned SDJM Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.-C1-457 of 2018 corresponding to Tr. No. 3052 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Sanjay Kumar and learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 Shri Anil Kumar jointly submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties and husband and wife have started living together now.
