In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 456 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the present case, there is an allegation of Rangdari of Rs. 5 lacs, when the Informant refused for the same, the accused persons, armed with lathi, rod and pistol, assaulted him. One of the accused persons, namely, Fudan Yadav resorted to firing which caused gun-shot injury on the left thigh and finger of right hand of the Informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has attached the compromise petition showing that the petitioner, Manoj Yadav and Hargauri Yadav have settled the score with the

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that both the parties are co-villagers, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Seikhpura P.S. Case No. 456 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
