This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwariya PS Case No. 149 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.11.2018. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was suspected in commission of the crime while fleeing with his motorbike. Referring to Annexure-2 series he submits that the motorcycle was his own property of the petitioner and not a stolen one. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of two co-accused persons.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
