Petitioner is accused in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(1) of the Bihar Excise Act and sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
