In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.501 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have demanded the dowry and due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, she has been tortured, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that they are other than the husband.

No.84049 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
