Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 613 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 406, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity merely because he happens to be friend of Birmani Kumar who is also friend of Subodh Kumar whose wife has instituted case of kidnapping against the present informant vide Annexure-P/2. As a matter of fact, petitioner has no connection with the alleged incident.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S.
