JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is for issuance of directions for disposal of the Encroachment case initiated by the Circle Officer, Adapur, East Champaran bearing Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2015-16. Per contra, the learned counsel for the Respondent State, Shri Sajid Salim Khan- SC 24, submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment case has not been concluded, the Circle Officer, Adapur, East Champaran shall ensure that the same reaches to its logical conclusion.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Adapur, East Champaran to dispose of the aforesaid pending encroachment case, after
Patna High Court CWJC No.338 of 2019(3) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 hearing the effected parties in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
