20-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the sole petitioner in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Arwal.

In view of what has transpired in the case diary, this court does not find any reason to entertain this application for anticipatory bail for the second time as no fresh ground has been brought before this court. This application is dismissed, accordingly.

If the petitioner surrenders in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28507 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 within a period of two weeks from today, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered by the court below on the basis of the materials available on the record without being prejudice by the order of this court rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail application.
