Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 386, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25(1-b)(a),26,35 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Several person are named in the FIR whereas some other unknown person are also stated to be involved in the crime alleged. In the further statement of the informant, name of the petitioner surfaced.

Considering the nature of offences alleged and the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
