No. 12513 of 2018.

It is submitted that in the bail petition as well as in the order, father's name of Bhuneshwar Yadav @ Gyaneshwar Yadav has wrongly been typed as Kailu Yadav instead of Late Ramdev Yadav.

Heard and perused the record.

In the impugned order also Baneshwar Yadav is accused no.2 and Bhuneshwar Yadav is accused no.3 and in the FIR Gyaneshwar Yadav is accused no.3 and Bhuneshwar Yadav is accused no.4 and the father's name of Bhuneshwar Yadav is Kailu Yadav and the bail petition was filed for Bhuneshwar Yadav son of Kailu Yadav and accordingly the order has been passed, so there is no merit in this Criminal Miscellaneous and accordingly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16494 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 this Criminal Miscellaneous for modification stands rejected. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail application.
