JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(I) For direction to the respondents particularly the Respondent No. 1 and 2 to provide protection to the life and property of petitioner and his family members, since the life and property of the petitioners and his family members are in danger as the petitioner are being common compelled to leave the village, leaving his entire immovable property situated in the village."
At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.1849 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the State Respondents submits that whenever the petitioners have approached the State for protection, due protection has been granted and in future also, due protection shall be granted to the petitioners, in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
