===================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The motorcycle of the informant was taken away by three unknown miscreants.

The petitioner, it appears, was arrested in connection with another case viz. Sonepur P.S. Case No. 346 of 2017 and from his possession, a country made pistol and a stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner, thereafter was remanded in the present case.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35269 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016.
