Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 495 of 2019 registered under Sections 8, 20(B) (ii) (a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The recovered Ganja is almost in small quantity. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.11.2019.
