In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2073 of 2019) registered for offences under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, an allegation has been made that the accused persons had taken loan of Rs. 1,50,000/- from the Informant, when the Informant went for return of the same, he was badly assaulted by them, whereas, another counter case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3270 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 has been lodged wherein an allegation has been made that Akhilesh Singh is the head of the Labour Union and had supplied labour to the Informant but, the Informant Guddu Singh did not pay the due amount of labour which is the reason behind lodging of the criminal case.

Looking to the nature of injury which is simple in nature, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2073 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
