2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 315 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96 and 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Rankit Chauhan is accused of abducting the daughter of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case only on the ground that they are parents of the main accused namely, Rankit Chauhan.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89457 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 Petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent and petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/ concerned Court below in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 315 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
