The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 386, 387, 427 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly circumstanced co-accused Asha Devi has already been granted pre arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17032 of 2018, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

No.35689 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1St Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
